Nestled on a .53 acre lot with easy access to the highway, biking trails, vortex sites, restaurants, shopping, and more… you and your loved ones are sure to find solace and restore your energy in Sedona, which is said to inspire transformative experiences.

The interior is elegant, with unbelievable red rock views, designer furnishings, and tasteful details througout. The open concept main floor plan provides excellent entertaining space to enjoy one another's company, while the spacious bedrooms grant peaceful privacy when desired. The patio spaces also make for an unforgettable BBQ with stunning views and plenty of seating for all.

Two hot tubs are available for your use. One is located on the lower level of the home, while the other is just outside the doors under the deck. The lower level also features a complete second living space with a kitchenette and two lounge areas.

In accordance with Local City Ordinance and Good Neighbor Guidelines you must follow:
*No Parties and No Events allowed.
*Disruptive Noise Curfew 9pm - 9am
*No more than the total number of guests allowed on property at one time
* Blinds must be closed at night in order to adhere to Sedona Dark Sky Guidelines.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property at 4 pm on the date of check in through 10 am on the date of check out via keypad.

Other things to note
Please follow posted house and spa rules. During summer months no outdoor fires are permitted. Please reach out for details on Summer Fire bans.

The spa maintenance requires access to the house as the two spas are inside. The spa tech will knock at the front door to alert you there are at the home and access the spa through the downstairs door - They have their own keypad code.
