This beautiful property is named “Tramonto Sul Lago” for its breathtaking sunsets and unbeatable lakefront location. This stunning property offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a game room.

With gorgeous lake and mountain views, this property also boasts a deep saltwater pool, a 14-person spa with a fire pit, a putting green, BBQ, and six loungers. It’s a short drive to Coachella (6 mins), Stagecoach Festivals, Empire Polo Club, the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens (8 mins) and Palm Springs (15 mins).

The kitchen, completely renovated, includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a center island, and a bay window so you can have a view of the lake as you cook and entertain. Stocked with everything you can possibly need. Or you can dine alfresco with the outdoor dining table and BBQ and watch the ducks and fish swim by. Spend the day laying out on one of the many loungers or playing the lawn games we have for your enjoyment. The house also includes a game room, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with a 75'' LED TV. and an open floor plan living room.

Upon entry into the home, you will step onto Italian porcelain tile flooring throughout, a master king bedroom with a sliding glass door that leads to the backyard, a walk-in closet, a lighted floating vanity with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, dual rain heads, body spray, and a hand wand. Two additional guest bedrooms include a queen bed and two bunk beds.

The home is fully loaded and updated throughout, ready to welcome you and your guests for a memorable stay.

The Terra Lago community is close to Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals, in the heart of the Coachella Valley, near Palm Springs. PARKING: Per association, there is no street parking allowed. There is parking for 4 cars in total. There is room for 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.

POOL/SPA HEAT FEE: Pool heat is optional and costs $100 per day for pool heat which includes the spa heat. Spa only is $50 per day. These may be purchased for all or none of your stay.

No Smoking

Pet Policy: maximum 2 dogs! There will be a fee of $ 200 per dog. You must notify us before bringing pets.


NOISE DISTURBANCES: City fines for noise after 10 pm start at $1,000.
Please be respectful of all neighbors. Noise travels easily and we require that our guests be respectful of the full-time residents that live nearby. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.

LAKE RULES: Per association, there is NO SWIMMING allowed in the lake.
