Our Seaside Retreat is a perfect home for a family looking to spend time in Montecito. It is a truly Retreat setting with nearly an acre surrounded by mature native trees and a private backyard. We are within walking distance to restaurants and shops on Coast Village Road and a 5-minute bike ride to Hammond's Beach, Butterfly Beach, Four Seasons Resort, and The Miramar Hotel. The property is manicured with relaxing spaces for gathering and private spaces for family and friends to spread out.

Our home is airy, new, and primed for enjoyment. It includes a Primary Suite with vaulted 16-foot ceilings and french doors opening up to the pool. This is complemented by 5 additional Bedrooms, including the original Primary Suite reimagined with two sets of built-in bunk beds. The Living Room features a 6-foot-long fireplace, high ceilings, and a bar + wine fridge.

Living Spaces and Bedrooms have zoned Heat and AC to accommodate individual temperature preferences. Each room is zoned with its own built-in Sonos Music speakers, enabling synchronized music throughout the whole house or individualized to each zone.

On SoCal's Mediterranean Coast, the outdoors beckon. Enjoy the large pool protected by an automatic cover with a 25-foot-long Baja shelf and a built-in spa with turbo jets - completed in 2022. A lush green lawn, swings, play structures, sport court, trampoline, badminton, and lawn games await. Dine al fresco in our backyard with heaters or eat inside overlooking our new Chef's Kitchen, fully stocked with professional appliances. Organic fruit trees and chickens with fresh eggs await you and your loved ones at our Seaside Retreat. When you're ready to sleep, you'll enjoy blackout curtains - perfect for a good night's sleep.
