September 2023A wonderful retreat!
We absolutely loved our stay! The Mountain View, the quiet, relaxing & fresh air as we sat on the outdoor porch was so inviting. We built fires in the fireplace, cooked in the well - stocked kitchen, and grilled outside. Each room had personality and warmth. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Perfect for families, or couples. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!! ”

July 2023A little bit of heaven
What a beautiful home and community in the NC mountains! This stunning property is not only extremely spacious (5 bedrooms and plenty of bunk beds) but also the most entertaining 3rd Home we have ever stayed in: pool table, ping pong, arcade games, hot tub, media room, books, games - perfect for an extended family vacation. The place we spent the most time in was the screen porch . . . comfortable seating, TV, fireplace, and The View!!!! We didn't drive into Black Mountain as much as we'd planned because the road is very curvy and it does take almost half an hour to get there, but once you do, the town is charming. Lots of shops and very good restaurants, and the flagship Ingles grocery store. Very hospitable and attentive hosts! ”
