As you drive up to this stunning contemporary 4700 square foot home you will be blown away by the impressive beauty that surrounds it. Picturesque views of the mountains captivate you upon arrival and continue through every window.

The tasteful interior is as beautiful as the exterior with high ceilings, big windows, and high end fixtures and furnishings throughout. The gourmet kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, a huge center island with seating, and an unbelievable mountain view. Dine at the counter or off the kitchen at the unique dining table.

The chic family room is the ideal gathering spot to recount the day by the fire on the plush leather sofa. The adults can claim this room for a relaxing movie night while the kids head into the exciting game room with a foosball table and seating for games and TV.

When you are ready to retire for the night, head to one of the four spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms. Each bedroom has a comfortable bed with fresh linens and plenty of space to feel at home while you wind down. The bathrooms are modern and designed to create an oasis-like ambiance.

The game room can be an extra bedroom as the couch converts into a queen bed, the doors lock and blinds/drapes closed for privacy. There is a full bath around the corner on the main level.

**Summer of 2023 we plan to make landscaping improvements, contractors are hard to come by and when one is secured, some work may be scheduled during the time of your stay. All work is yard related and we will do our best to minimize this during your stay.
