Once you turn off the mountain road and up the drive, you are taken back by the size, beauty, and setting of Mountain Mama. This majestic mountain, owned as one of the premier Alterra Mountain Company properties (owner of Mammoth, Deer Valley, etc.,) and part of the IKON ski pass, sports a beautiful ski and mountain bike village located at the top of the mountain. Snowshoe mtn is home to the legendary Cupp run, designed by the famous three times Olympic Gold winner Jean Claude Killy, and described as one of the top 10 lift runs in the world.

Snowshoe Mtn hosts the annual Killy Alpine Downhill Challenge, where skiers attempt to beat Jean Claude Killy’s record time, and in the summer, it hosts the World Cup Mountain Bike race, where riders converge from around the world to compete for the annual World Cup.

Completely renovated in 2022, this stunning true ski in ski out (bike in- bike out) slope side unit is located directly in front of the Ballhooter lift and in the heart of the village. With three separate sleeping quarters (for 9), including two bedrooms, a bonus room with bunk beds, and two full baths, no expense has been spared. From 2x4 Italian tile throughout to beautifully designed bathrooms, to a fully renovated kitchen and huge outdoor deck (with standing bar area) overlooking a magnificent view for miles, this unit is simply magnificent.
