This beautiful four-bedroom, three-bathroom property is part of the Tahoe-Donner Homeowners Association. Guests will have access to the private community pool, spa, golf, tennis courts, and clubhouse amenities. Additionally, Tahoe Donner is home to many other community activities, including horseback riding, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, sledding, mountain biking, horseshoes, archery, Bocce ball, and hiking. There are many classes for children and adults, from ski lessons in the winter to summer tennis and golf camps in the summer.

The house features a gourmet kitchen, a great room that will easily accommodate all of the guests in comfort, a foosball table, a fire-pit, a hot tub, an outdoor grill and dining area, and a place out back to play corn hole when the snow melts. With the perfect location, amenities, and a hot tub, this luxury house will ensure your stay is unforgettable.

Your inner chef will love spending time in the fully equipped chef’s kitchen featuring custom cabinets, a six-burner gas range, and an eat-in bar for three. Gather to eat around the massive dining table, ready to seat ten people comfortably. After a long day skiing or hiking, kick up your feet in the media room, play a few competitive rounds of foosball, or unwind in the cozy hot tub overlooking the endless evergreens.

Escape for the night to one of four bedrooms. There are two master suites, both with in suite gas fireplaces. The first suite includes a king bed (plus a day bed) and a spacious spa-like ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. The second suite has a queen bed as well as the third bedroom. The kids will love the fourth bedroom featuring two bunk beds. If you need additional space, the sofa converts to a queen bed.

In addition to the home office with a printer, there are desks/work areas in three of the four bedrooms with high-speed Wifi.

Please note that the driveway is steep. If there is snowfall, chains or 4 wheel drive may be required.
The driveway gets morning light so snow melts relatively quickly and there are plow services, but if there is snow/or ice, chains and/or 4-wheel drive may be required on roads to the house and the driveway.

Access to all HOA amenities are available with a guest pass (up to 8 people) plus a guest fee.
