The Swizzle Inn

Nestled in The Crossing District, the newest neighborhood addition to the gorgeous WaterColor Beach Club (a private area of 30A), The Swizzle Inn is a charming coastal home that will delight you upon arrival. Loaded with fun amenities for kids, this home is perfect for families. The owners have graciously provided you with five beach chairs, four bikes, and a bike trailer for children.

Inside, the open concept first floor is bright, tastefully decorated, and ready for your crew to make it your own during your stay in Watercolor. You will first walk past the large family room with plush couches and chairs for your loved ones to gather around and watch a movie or recount the day's events. You will then step into the dining area with a large wood table and six wicker chairs. Off the dining room is an office nook perfect for those working from home or kids completing homework or summer workbooks. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with four barstool seats and stainless steel appliances. Some small devices that are sure to get great use for adults are a Keurig coffee maker, a margarita maker, and a propane grill. There is a powder bathroom on the main floor as well.

A screened-in back patio offers another lounge option, perfect for daytime relaxing or a nighttime hang-out spot for the adults to enjoy while the kids play upstairs. The second-floor deck has lounge chairs ideal for reading a book or enjoying a quiet morning cup of coffee in the fresh air.

Graciously accommodating ten, the bedroom spaces are beautiful. The first guest bedroom is on the main floor and boasts a queen bed and a large en suite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find the main master bedroom with a king-size bed, patio access, and a retreat-like en suite with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Outside the master bedroom is a second den used as a playroom with a cozy couch, smart tv, toys, and games. A third guest bedroom boasts another king-size bed with a jack and jill bathroom connecting two more bedrooms, perfect for kids. The first bedroom has two twin beds with trundles underneath, while the second has a custom built-in twin over twin bunk. Every bedroom has a smart tv and en suite bathroom. There's an additional kids bathroom in the hallway as well.

There is a driveway with two parking spaces. Also provided are two Pack & Plays, baby monitors, two traveling high chairs, a jogging stroller, a wagon, an inflatable infant tub, board games, toys and books, and beach toys.

The Swizzle Inn is located four houses from the Dragonfly Pool, and the porch opens up to The Crossing's ample green space, making it a convenient location to walk to and from the pool all day and let the kids run outside and play without having to cross a street. The Swizzle Inn is located .25 miles from the Publix shopping center, and less than .5 from the recently completed Camp Watercolor.

Guests staying in WaterColor will access the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, a third pool with zero-entry, an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico. You will also have access to the Boathouse Pool, Dragonfly Pool, Frog Pool & Camp Watercolor pools, and the lazy river. The tennis center and fitness club are available for additional fees. From summer to Labor Day, Watercolor provides several courtesy shuttles to the beach club or any other watercolor amenities available all day.
