Beautiful Fall Hill Country retreat

Cyan Dreams was truly an amazing week. The photos do not do this mini resort justice. Everything thing is top quality and well planned for entertaining as well as providing restful luxurious accommodations, our own private boat dock with water toys, great fishing and awsome vistas. Unique to this home along with Pool table, foos ball table, and home theater was an E book listing nearby day trips, restaurants and shoping. Will never forget this wonderful experience and Rusty's kind assistance in planning this wonderful Hill Country dream vacation.”

Perfect Spring Break trip for our family

First I would like to highlight the amazing experience we had with the owners Rusty and Wendy. They are so helpful and accessible. They made our stay a joy and I am so happy to see them as new members of the club. The house - is off the charts. This was our first trip to Austin/LBG. I cannot say enough about how great the location, home and lake is. The pictures absolutely represent the beauty of this home which is stocked with ALL of the necessities you would need for a week off the beaten path. We plan on returning for sure and had the best time vacationing in the Cyan house on the awesome LBJ Lake. ”

Magical Spring Break at the Lake

Our family chose this lovely lake house for a relaxing spring break vacation and enjoyed every minute of it! Rusty and Wendy left no stone unturned to create a relaxing and nurturing stay for our family. From the tempurpedic mattresses, the hot tub and multiple pools, top of the line appliances, fully stocked kitchen, central entertainment hub to control the surround system inside and outside of the home, this lake house had everything needed to provide a well-appointed stay. We loved the amenities and sundries, like coffee and tea service, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom, and anything else you could want or need. The only thing we had to worry about was providing the food! The week got away from us, but we found time to enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, foosball, ping pong, and a good old fashioned game of pool. There were huge smart tvs throughout the home inside and out to catch up on our favorite shows on Netflix or Hulu. We enjoyed cozy chats at the fire pit after long days at the pool and grilling on the best gas grill we’ve even seen. And the sunsets and sunrises while overlooking the cattle farm were amazing. Rusty and Wendy’s generosity shines throughout this home. We’d love to visit again someday and create more happy memories.”

Family Spring Break Vacation March 2022

This was an absolutely beautiful and unique property. We traveled with our children and grandchildren, and all of us thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities, such as the hot tub, pool, outdoor decks and kitchen facilities, etc, The grandkids loved the pool table, foosball, and ping pong table, and went kayaking on Lake LBJ with their parents. The sunsets were amazing looking over the lake and viewing the cattle and listening to the wild turkeys. This was a great location as a base location to go to Fredericksburg and the LBJ Ranch. The neighbors were also very friendly and welcoming. We had numerous questions before we booked our stay, and Rusty, the owner was very responsive and helpful to answer all of these questions. The owners had a very detailed Guide Book prepared for guests for the property and other information for shopping, dining, and activities in the Lake LBJ area. ”
