Bienvenidos a Los Cabos! This four-bedroom Villas Del Mar hacienda is situated within the 900+acre master-planned community of Palmilla, which occupies two miles of white sand beach along the Sea of Cortés.

Wrought iron gates open to a beautifully landscaped courtyard guiding you toward this single-story Mexican-style Entrada. Once inside, step into a sweeping great room that has been richly appointed with sophisticated furnishings, a large flatscreen TV, and a crackling fireplace. Even the most discerning guests will revere the fully-appointed gourmet kitchen, adorned with granite counters and state-of-the-art appliances, including a built-in wine refrigerator. Counter height chairs transform the kitchen island into a purlieu for happy hours, and a glass dining table for eight awaits sit-down meals. If you don’t feel like cooking, a private chef can be arranged.

Flanking the master bedroom is a fully furnished office with a pull-out sofa bed for additional space to work or rest. The master, which opens to the outdoor pavilion, features a king bed and a praiseworthy ensuite appointed with a drop-in tub, stone-clad walk-in shower, dual vanity, and water closet. Remaining are three tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with a private bathroom; two have king beds, and the third has two twin beds that can be merged into a queen bed. Notable is the junior master with a door to the patio and slight ocean views.

The villa boasts an outdoor entertaining space that can’t be beaten! It offers everything from a heated pool and spa to a firepit with seating and a covered terrace with a gas fireplace and a separate dining area. You can choose to enjoy the palm tree and ocean views from your personal oasis or take a short five-minute walk or two-minute golf cart ride to Club Ninety Six on Palmilla Beach.

Last but not least is the highly celebrated Palmilla Golf Club, which features a stunning yet challenging 27-hole course divided into three nines: the Mountain Course, Ocean Course, and Arroyo Course, each offering vistas of their distinctive landscapes.

Other things to note: The home comes with two golf carts for your personal use. You have access to a community gym. We have beach chairs and umbrellas available for use. In addition, we have a concierge on staff to help with all planning as well as daily cleaning (except Sundays and holidays).
