The ten privileged ocean front residences enjoy a spectacular white sand beach where you can see whales passing by just a few hundred feet off the sand during the winter. The chic Vera-Neo beach club, restaurant, and bar offer incredible service and is a truly great culinary experience. There is a small mercantile showcasing unique offerings from within Mexico and other essentials. If you’re in the mood to keep in shape, the Moduvated fitness center that is ocean front will not disappoint. Located at the beach club, the fitness center has all the machines and weights you will find necessary to keep in shape during your stay. The onsite team that ranges from management, security, maintenance, concierge, and cleaning staff are always happy to attend to your needs and make your stay comfortable. Prior to your arrival the Beachfront Flats concierge will reach out to you to assist if you would like anything from grocery pre-arrival stocking to restaurant reservations or activities. On-site we offer E-Bike rentals to allow you to explore the scenic desert road that meets the stunning Sea of Cortez coast and have beach games.
