Our home is located on Dick’s Creek Cove with deep-water at the edge of our dock. We have unobstructed views down the cove of beautiful Charlie Mountain. We are located on a dead-end street with mature trees providing shade and parking for 5-6 cars.

The MAIN FLOOR of the house boasts a screened-in porch with a fireplace, sitting area and outdoor eating area. The open-air deck is perfect for morning coffee, enjoying the view or for accessing the basement level. Inside, the house has an open floor-plan with living, kitchen, breakfast area and a fireside gathering spot. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths are on the main level: Master (K); Guest (1Q); Guest (2 twins - small room).

The BASEMENT LEVEL is loaded for entertainment with a 50 inch flat screen TV/dvd player, ping pong/pool table, a table for games or puzzles, 2 sofas, and a variety of puzzles and board games. There are 2 additional bedrooms and 2 baths: Guest (2 Full and 1 twin); and Lake Front Guest (2 twins). Sliding glass doors grant easy access to the lake and to the basement level covered patio with swing and sitting area. Laundry and 2nd refrigerator are also located in the basement.

The 2 story luxury boat house is partially covered with an outdoor dining table and lounge chairs 'in the sun'; while a large sectional sofa and club chairs are nestled beneath the vaulted ceiling with an outdoor TV (must be turned off by 11pm). Additionally, it's the perfect for star-gazing and for jumping into the lake (water is 9.5' deep). A separate swim dock with Adirondack chairs is adjacent to the Boathouse and is perfect for watching swimmers.

Our home has Wi-fi, and is STRICLTY NO PETS and NO SMOKING. Boat rentals available at LaPrades or Anchorage Marinas (owner's boats not available for use).
