Contemporary Mountain Chalet Near Whistler

This outstanding 3.5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom timber frame home was custom-built in 2015 and is located in a private gated community 15 minutes south of the resort municipality of Whistler. A private swimming lake and beach area is only a quick walk away.

The main living area has an open concept with adjoined kitchen, a dining and a living room looking out to a private backyard with a large covered deck area, outdoor furniture, a hot tub, and a bbq. The yard is professionally landscaped with two water features, synthetic turf, natural stone pathways, and a patio.

Escape for the night to one of three cozy bedrooms, or loft area with wall bunks and trundle beds. The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed. Two guest rooms have queen beds.

Whistler is known for skiing and snowboarding in the winter. Other winter activities enjoyed in Whistler are cross-country skiing, skate skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, backcountry skiing, telemark skiing, and tobogganing. Whistler is also a beautiful summer destination where one can enjoy hiking, water and wind sports, and time at one of the nearby crystal blue lakes.
