Villa Saada is ideally situated just a few kilometres west of Marrakesh and in a 4 hectares area with a large garden with a swimming pool, an olive grove, a small palm grove and a tennis court. This villa is a natural haven of peace for those who need to relax and enjoy unforgettable moments together.

The courtyard showcases a pool and tropical gardens to enjoy an al fresco meal or a glass of wine. Enjoy breakfast on the poolside, dining room, or expansive outdoor areas. This six-bedroom villa sleeps 12 guests, is designed only with typically Moroccan style and furniture.

Living spaces are ample and bright, with large windows allowing plenty of natural light. The traditional decor creates an elegant and original atmosphere surrounding the property.

On the first floor, there is a massive bedroom with a private bathroom and a magnificent terrace, and the duplex includes one bedroom with a Queen size bed and a living room with a sofa bed, a balcony and a private bathroom. A living space on a vast terrace also offers a breathtaking view of the vegetation, garden and pool.

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with Queen size beds and a private bathroom open to the outside, a room with two single beds and a shared bathroom and a room with a double bed, a child's bed (single bed) and a shared bathroom.

A vast relaxation and dining area on the ground floor has a barbeque, tennis court and ping pong table, all surrounded by nature and the enormous private swimming pool.
