The interior is warm and inviting, with traditional furnishings and details throughout. Made for entertaining, the main living area is open and includes a living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, and access to the wrap-around deck. The terrific deck provides plenty of seating and outdoor dining tables to connect with loved ones.

The Master suite faces North of the Red Rocks and has a custom master bath featuring a large walk-in closet, dual sinks, a separate toilet room, a walk-in shower, and a jet tub with more views of the Red Rocks. A second bedroom has a queen bed with a desk and storage space, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed and a bunk bed.
