On the lower level is where the fun begins. Get a card game going on the gaming table while drinks flow from the bar. Or curl up and watch a blockbuster movie. This has a very high end queen sofa sleeper which can be used as a third bedroom as needed.

Escape for the night to one of two bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and spa-like ensuite bathroom with his and her vanities, a gorgeous walk-in shower, and a soaker tub. The second bedroom has two queen beds.

There is also an electric street legal golf cart at your disposal for all licensed and insured drivers. Owner can sponsor members on both The Rim and Chaparral Pines Golf courses. Tee times made 2 weeks prior. Owner will discuss after booking.
