May 2023Peid-a-Terre in NYC Upper West Side
This condo is well located and in a well maintained building. A few blocks to Central Park and the Upper west side hip vibe area on Amsterdam and Columbus. Hotel like service daily. Kitchen has all the basic implements and dishes. Coffee is supplied. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, plus extra eager to help with any need. We were there for Columbia Graduation so it was a perfect find for us. Many thanks to the owners for accommodating our timing. ”

April 2023Wonderful spot in the heart of the City!
We so enjoyed staying at "Calm Oasis" in New York City. The Phillips Club was in a great location, right near one of the main subway lines where we could go anywhere and do Everything! The apartment was just right, very comfortable and clean, and felt like our "home away from home". The staff at the Phillips Club were always helpful, with suggestions for dinner, and directions. We had a blast, and hope to come back to this "Calm Oasis" again someday soon! Phyllis and Rick Weiner”

The Phillips Club is in a great location and so easy to get around the city from. The rooms are spacious with everything that you need. They are pet friendly and so my French Bulldog was able to join on the trip. I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a vibrant week in NYC!”
