The living room is outfitted with plush furniture and an extra-large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The large gourmet kitchen showcases exquisite countertops, bright white custom cabinetry, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to prepare your favorite meals for the whole family. Dine at the large dining table or outside at the patio table and chairs. Take advantage of the great outdoor spaces as you take in a sunrise or sunset with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

The game room is a family favorite and features an air hockey and a ping pong table that is sure to get the competitive juices flowing. The pool and patio is the home's most loved feature and can be heated depending on the season. When you are ready to retire for the night, head to one of the eight well-appointed bedrooms. Each room boasts very comfortable beds, allowing you to fall asleep with ease. Each bedroom has a beautiful bathroom with plenty of space to refresh before the day.

The home is located just a short and safe 5-minute walk (1.5 blocks) to the world-famous white-sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Known for its white picket fences and upscale cottage-style homes, you will surely fall in love with the Crystal Beach area. It's close to an outdoor shopping mall, a movie theater, countless restaurants and shops, a water park, go-karts, and several world-class golf courses. Although close to many exciting places, the home maintains a quiet, family-friendly beach atmosphere.

It doesn't end there though! This fantastic property also includes beach bikes, and of course the pool and hot tub.

A 6 seater golf cart, which is perfect for the area and getting around, is available for an additional fee of $100 per day.
