This 8000-square-foot home is exclusively located just 60 yards above the Thunderhead Express high-speed quad lift, providing 360-degree gorgeous alpine views through the 88 separate windows.

Make your morning cup of coffee and watch the gondola rise out of the base of the Mountain's Top, see skiers on the runs, and spot magnificent wildlife bustling about. As the night falls, you will get to see some of the most unforgettable colored sunsets. Snowcats will start to groom the mountain, and you will be at peace as you watch the fresh snow appear pillowy fresh for another day.

The spacious great room offers spectacular views of the Steamboat ski area and is the ideal place for your entire crew to gather. At the end of the day, relax by the fire while the Alpenglow lights up the ski area and the mountains before you.

You will be pleased by the gourmet kitchen equipped with Viking, KitchenAid Architect Series, and Bosch appliances. It has been finished with natural oak floors, cherry cabinets, and imported customized granite countertops and backsplashes. One of the prep areas is a baker's delight with its own sink, workspace, two double convection self-cleaning ovens, a microwave oven, and everything you need to prepare your delicious desserts. In addition, there is a Viking six-burner gas grill (just like Emeril's on the food network), Spice Drawers, Utensil Drawers, Pancake Griddles, and Waffle Irons. Additionally, this area is fully stocked with Italian and German Cookware, Large Crockpots, and two Drip Coffee Pots. The last part of the kitchen features a Keurig Coffee Bar, a Double Bar Sink with its own Built-In KitchenAid Ice Machine, and a KitchenAid dishwasher. The cabinets and drawers in this workstation contain champagne flutes, wine glasses, tumblers, and utensils to create fabulous drinks and hour d'oeuvres.

As of 2022, the basement has undergone a major remodel. A new theatre room has been built, a workout room with a peloton and treadmill, a Full Bar, a new ski locker room, and more. All new trim, woodwork, floors, bathrooms, and built-in bunk beds adorn the bottom floor.

Edelweiss Chalet exquisitely accommodates large groups featuring seven bedroom suites, each including its own private full bathroom and each with luxurious feather bedding and cozy European-style comforters. These bedrooms are equipped with cable TVs and a humidifier. Bedding configurations include four king-size beds, two full-size beds, eight twin beds, and one queen size. A Pack and Play Crib is available. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the Library with a privacy partition and an adjacent 3/4 bath with a private closet for your clothes and luggage that can be used as an 8th bedroom.

There are 2 Wireless WI-FI high-speed Internet Systems throughout the Chalet and a SONOS for your entertainment.

Just outside, with spectacular views of the upper ski runs and the mountaintop, is a luxurious eight-person hot tub with therapeutic massage jets offering you the chance to soak away the day's exertions and relax with your loved ones.
