Situated in the charming 7th arrondissement, on the Seine’s left bank, this stunning, meticulously-curated apartment is located on rue Saint-Dominique, one of the best streets in Paris, just around the corner from the famous rue Cler market street. The village-like atmosphere surrounding the Fontaine de Mars apartment offers a variety of cafés, boutiques, restaurants, and markets.

The apartment sits on the top floor of a classic Haussmann-style building and is easily accessible via elevator. In the evening, one can enjoy a glass of wine and view of the twinkling Eiffel Tower from the luxurious wraparound balcony, a rarity in the city of lights. Bedroom one features a queen bed, ensuite, and a desk area, to support your remote working needs. The second bedroom has a queen bed that may be separated to form two single beds. In addition to the two full bathrooms, the apartment also boasts a powder room and a washer/dryer.

The sign of a true Parisian quartier is how many pastry shops and boulangeries are located within one square mile – and the answer in the 7th is more than you can count.
