Nestled on the banks of the Grand River and across from Snug Harbor, this charming yellow home is located within walking distance to the Grand Haven Lighthouse and Pier, beaches, downtown city center, and more. Grand Haven has an abundance of excitement going on including the free nightly summer musical fountain show, concerts in the park, an art festival and much more! In the winter, there is snowshoeing, sledding, a luge, and tubing and skiing nearby.

As you walk into the home, you will be delighted by the bright and airy open living space, modern yet traditional furnishings, and upgraded features. The living room offers a cozy place to sit and chat in front of the fireplace or watch a classic movie on the flat-screen television.
