The kids can grab a snack at the eat-in bar for three, while bigger groups can gather at the dining table for eight or in the attached screened-in porch area with additional seating.

On the second floor of the main house, you will find four bedrooms and three bathrooms with the following layout:

-Master bedroom with king bed, private bath, and a balcony overlooking the pool area and peekaboo views of the ocean.

-Twin-over-twin bunk bed plus a twin single bed
-Twin-over-twin bunk bed plus a twin single bed

The front carriage house begins with a newly-refinished den, kitchenette, and game room area, including ping pong, pool, shuffleboard, foosball, large screen TVs, refrigerator, and air hockey.
The carriage house has three bedrooms upstairs. Two bedrooms include a queen bed, while the third room has a full-over-queen bunk bed. In the sitting area is a twin daybed. There are two full bathrooms in the carriage house.
