This spectacular home is ideally located in an amazing scenario, offering breathtaking views! The house is located only 45 min from Reykjavik on the northern shore of the beautiful Hvalfjörður.

Staying in the house is a unique experience all year around. You feel that you are in the middle of the incredible Icelandic nature even though you are inside the house which offers you an amazing view from every spot.

The beauty of nature and quality of materials are the keywords behind the realisation of this luxurious house, built in 2019.

Sleeping 10 guests, the property consists of the main residence (150 m2) and the annex (30 m2).
Living areas have great windows from floor to ceiling to enjoy the stunning views and modern design. The living room with fireplace and a couch and the fully equipped kitchen is located in the main house.

There you'll find as well, a hall, a master bedroom with a big king-size bed and bathroom, another two bedrooms both with big king-size beds and a shared bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with motorized blinds with remote control, ensuring complete darkness during the bright Icelandic summer nights.

All of the bedrooms have a mezzanine where you will also find a double bed. The mezzanines are not suitable for either small children or people with walking difficulties since you have to walk some rather steep stairs. On the mezzanines skylights are installed for best views of the northern lights.

The annex contains an entry with a washing machine and dryer, a bathroom, and a room with a big king-size bed and a solid bunk bed.
Furthermore, there is a small couch and a tv with a PlayStation. Between the annex and the main house, there is an outdoor area with a gas grill and table, and bench. On the other side of the house, there is also a patio with seating and stairs down to the hot tub and an outdoor shower!
