The first floor is easily accessible and boasts a bedroom and a walk-in shower for those who need it. The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room has a table that seats 12 looking out to the screened-in porch with a ceiling fan where you are sure to spend plenty of time enjoying each other. The living room has a fireplace, a smart TV, and many games. Other amenities include a wireless Bluetooth speaker system, Alexa light system and stereo, a generator, air conditioner units, and a two-car garage. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms; a spacious master with a queen bed, a bunk bed with a twin over a full bunk bed, and the third bedroom with both a full and twin bed. There is a cot available on the second floor for additional sleepers, along with a fully renovated second bathroom.

Several bikes are available for you to enjoy. Only five minutes from home is the Shining Sea Bikeway, a 10-mile ride to end at the Scenic Woods Hole. Hop on the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, or take a ride into downtown Falmouth where a pleasantly busy Main Street is lined with clothing, boutiques, gifts, and home decor shops!
