Description

Vitamin Sea by Old Silver Beach

Nestled on Massachusett's iconic Cape Cod, Vitamin Sea by Old Silver Beach is sure to provide you and your family with a charm-filled and memorable stay. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, famous for its warm waters from Buzzards Bay, where they have a snack bar, showers, and bathrooms, the calm coast is perfect for young families. Located next to the Sea Crest Resort, you can rent water sports gear to guarantee more adventure and fun. You can head back over to the Resort for dinner and drinks after a long day soaking up the sun.

With four bedrooms and two newly renovated bathrooms, the home is perfect for both the young and the old. The open floor plan allows for company or multi-family comfort. The first floor is easily accessible and boasts a bedroom and a walk-in shower for those who need it. The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room has a table that seats 12 looking out to the screened-in porch with a ceiling fan where you are sure to spend plenty of time enjoying each other. The living room has a fireplace, a smart TV, and many games. Other amenities include a wireless Bluetooth speaker system, Alexa light system and stereo, a generator, air conditioner units, and a two-car garage. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms; a spacious master with a queen bed, a bunk bed with a twin over a full bunk bed, and the third bedroom with both a full and twin bed. There is a cot available on the second floor for additional sleepers, along with a fully renovated second bathroom.

The backyard is spacious with plenty of room to bring games like badminton, corn hole, bocce ball, and more. An outdoor shower, grill, and fire pit will be ideal for cool nights under the stars.

Several bikes are available for you to enjoy. Only five minutes from home is the Shining Sea Bikeway, a 10-mile ride to end at the Scenic Woods Hole. Hop on the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, or take a ride into downtown Falmouth where a pleasantly busy Main Street is lined with clothing, boutiques, gifts, and home decor shops!

Absolute Lovely!

We could have not asked for a better week than the one that we had in North Falmouth. It was a quintessential fall getaway to New England and the Cape. The location of the cottage was perfect, only a mile away from the beach and located right off of a bike path that takes you all the way to Woods Hole and the Ferry Dropoff to go to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. The house was perfect for the three of us that went. Plenty of space and everything we needed for cooking meals and building fires. The homeowners were incredibly helpful with everything from checking in and locating things within the house. If you are looking for a New England experience, I can't recommend this house enough. ”

Traditional Cape Cod Classic

The house is well maintained and gives the feeling of traditional Cape Cod life with a lovely screened porch, big backyard and large outdoor shower (one of our favorite things about the Cape). The main floor bath that includes the washer and dryer has a nice big shower too. We appreciated having beach chairs to use and enjoyed a warm Sept day on nearby Old Silver Beach. Another favorite 'to do' was renting bikes in Falmouth for the beautiful Shining Sea Bike trail and stopping for lunch in Woods Hole. With so many games and puzzles set out we enjoyed a family game night as well as movie nights in the large but cozy living room. A few minor updates, like darker shades in the bedrooms and easier access up the back stairs would have made this a 5 star.”

Cape Cod Cottage Escape

Had a great visit for my Son-in-law's MIT Sloan graduation get-together. The home kitchen is VERY-well equipped and dog-friendly which was much-appreciated. Great yard with bbq and firepit for enjoying the cool evenings during nice Spring weather. The home is a cozy Cape Cottage tho a bit dated, but very comfortable and a good central location for visiting towns of Falmouth and Woods Hole. Ferry day-trip to Martha's Vinyard is a must!”
