This enchanting 3800 square foot home enjoys a superb location on Winona Lake in central New Hampshire, offering guests an unhurried lifestyle in a setting of tranquility and seclusion coupled with recreation like fishing, swimming, hiking, and a host of watersports.

Bring your friends and family along with you as The Lakehouse offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms and is equipped to accommodate 12 guests! Every nook and cranny inside this three-level house exudes a cozy and comforting ambiance that will make you feel right at home, whether you’re sipping coffee in the sunroom, cooking in the kitchen, or spending time together around the fireplace. If you and your traveling companions have different interests, don’t sweat it—there are plenty of separate living areas to spread out in on each level of The Lakehouse—especially the finished basement that features a pool table and TV lounge area.

Enjoy a good night’s sleep in the master bedroom’s large king-size bed, and in the morning, freshen up in the master bath’s walk-in shower or soaking tub. Additional sleeping arrangements at your disposal include a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a guest bedroom with two twin beds, and a finished basement with a bathroom and beds for kids. Oh, and did we mention this incredible home also has a sauna?!

When you’re not luxuriating in everything that The Lakehouse offers indoors, be sure to head outdoors for unmatched scenery and endless fun. Lounge on the deck or around the firepit while you admire the beautiful alpine glow sunset, or venture out for a hike behind the house and in the surrounding area. When you’re ready to dip your toes in the water, Winona Lake offers 148 acres of freshwater for swimming, floating, and water-sporting! You can kayak, paddleboard, or canoe to your heart’s content. And for anglers, The New Hampshire Fish & Game Department stocks rainbow trout annually in Lake Winona, while other species like smallmouth bass, chain pickerel, perch, and smelt, dart beneath the depths.
