Margaritaville One Particular Harbor is an outstanding resort with many amenities. Great for families and couples too! We stayed for a week with 14 members of our family. We were celebrating our wedding. Each of the rooms for our guests had a full kitchen, laundry, and views that are second to none. The linens and bathrooms were simply the best! We ate at JWB every night and enjoyed each meal including the fresh sushi. The drinks were fabulous. All of the staff members at the resort were so great! Anything we needed they handled with a smile and gracefully. We even had a watermelon puréed for us! You could not have better service. We had a chance to tour the hotel side before it opened. OMG, this hotel is second to none! They have clearly thought of everything from awesome decor and a really cool water park! I cannot wait to come back to enjoy! Thank you to all the staff and managers for making our wedding celebration with our families absolutely perfect”

Staying at One particular harbor margaritaville hotel was an incredible experience. The rooms exceeded my expectations, were exceptionally clean, and the hotel had more than enough amenities. I especially enjoyed the happy hour drinks and appetizers at JWB restaurant. The staff was super friendly, accommodating to all our needs, and never hesitated to ensure that our stay was perfect. “One Particular Harbour provides a luxurious and relaxing experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and go above and beyond to ensure each guest has the best possible experience. You can tell that the staff care about the property as they keep the lobby, common areas, and amenities in mint condition. The cafe offers a great variety of breakfast and lunch options along with quick snacks you can enjoy at any time. The rooms are beautiful and have every feature and amenity you could ask for, from a full kitchen, spa-like bathroom, extra large balcony and plenty of closet space for extended stays. The location is incredible and you are walking distance from public beaches, bars, restaurants, and only a short drive to Paradise Island. We will certainly book another stay at One Particular Harbour!””

Great stay at the brand new One Particular Harbour!

The resort is brand new and located perfectly close to downtown and Paradise Island. In fact, the view from the balcony is directly towards where the cruise ships dock and with a great view of the Atlantis Hotel in the distance. The resort was doing a soft opening so all the kinks had yet to be worked out, but overall the staff was great, rooms were nice, balcony was huge and we had a great time! Would definitely recommend!”

One Particular Fantastic Week

We just got back from the brand new Residence Hotel, One Particular Harbor in Nassau Bahamas. Nestled as the anchor of a new larger development called , The Point , it is a first class property away from other large hotels. Beautifully appointed , with Cracker Jack staff to match - its Margarittaville meets Mondrian. Phillip and his staff could not be more accommodating to our small family. We can’t wait to return. ”
