Located on the 18th floor, this single-story condo sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. Sleep soundly on a fine king bed in the master suite, detailed with a 55” TV, chaise lounge, and balcony access. A soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity feature in the en-suite bathroom. The guest suite is fitted with a queen bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and the guest bathroom holds a tub/shower combination. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Parking notes: There is paid parking for 0 vehicles. Valet parking rates & services: Day valet - a $13 valet pass will be assigned for visitors who stay up to 5 hours per day. 1 to 2 night reservations - Guests that stay less than 3 nights must valet park their vehicle and will be charged $35 per night. Registration would first be done at the front desk. Self-Parking Option - 3 to 7 Nights - Guests that stay 3 nights or more will be allowed to self-park. Self-parking rates are $25 per night up to 7 nights. Self-Parking Option - 7 to 30 Nights - A flat fee of $175 will be charged for 7 to 30 days stays. COVID - 19 Procedures – 1st Class Parking will utilize safety protocols with vehicles that are valet-parked (masks, gloves, and portable UV sterilizers). Every vehicle will have a parking pass that must be displayed on the dashboard. Non-authorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense. Parking passes and wristbands will be provided by the front desk during check-in and will be required to enter the garage for parking.
