Perfect and Amazing

This home is perfectly situated in the heart of San Miguel off the Central Park on a private gated street. Super safe, huge home, fully stocked kitchen, great house keeper and cool, etc. look no further. You can’t do better! A note on rooms. There are three bedrooms in the main house. All three are large with en-suite bathrooms. Two have king Beds and the third has two smaller beds. Then there is a casita at the front door with a little kitchen and bedroom (queen?). The casita espérate from the main house but still kinda inside. Hard to explain. But it is inside the houses gate and protected by the alleys Street gate too, so our 14 year old girls felt fine and safe there. Again. Dont hesitate. This house is 5 star!”

Wonderful home in lovely city.

Melissa's casa was large, elegant and extremely comfortable. The location could not be better for enjoying all the pleasures of SMA and Delfina, the housekeeper, was delightful. Be aware that houses in SMA do not have central heating so each room is heated individually. This is only an issue when it's cold, as it was during our stay, There are gas fireplaces in every room but the house is so big and full of stone that it is cold until these are turned on. Otherwise, everything was perfect and can't recommend highly enough!”

Casa Melissa is gorgeous, with so many thoughtful luxe touches and attentive staff. We felt pampered and well taken care of. The location is genius and if you’re a birder, an extra plus is stepping out the front door right into Juarez Park. The town center is just a short walk along the delightful cobblestone streets. Do bring comfy shoes. Can’t wait to return.”

I love San Miguel

This home is one of the best homes in San Miguel. Not only is the home spectacular but the location can not be beat. On the park and walk to everything in town. All restaurants are a short walk and the views from the rooftop garden look back to the cathedral. Host is fantastic too. A housekeeper did breakfast every morning which is nice so you can just get up and relax and enjoy the views. ”

This home is Amazing!!!!

Wow! This home is gorgeous. Very modern but yet used local materials. The architect did a great job of bringing the outdoors inside. The rooftop deck is perfect for sunning or after dinner drinks around the fire pit. The housekeeper Delfina is fantastic and she did breakfast every morning along with wash and cleaning. Recommend a small Italian restaurant walking distant called Trattoria Romano. Try the Mushroom salad and lasagna. Also new restaurant called Aquila down by the cathedral. One of the best meals you will ever have in Mexico. The location of this home behind a private wall and gate gives you unparalleled security and privacy. Being on the park is easy access to everywhere by walking. Play golf? Try Ventanas golf course designed by Nick Faldo. Also venture out to Nirvana about 10 minutes outside of town and have lunch or dinner. It is a member in ThirdHome as well. What a lovely city and the people are super friendly. ”

Fabulous time in San Miguel.

Hosts Melissa and Mark were great and in a perfect location. House was beautiful. Delfina the housekeeper was superb and cooked us great breakfasts. Would go back in a heartbeat. The highlight was a visit to Rancho Zandunga about 30 minutes away for an amazing Sunday afternoon concert and BBQ hosted by master guitarist Gil Gutierrez, his charming wife, and their incredibly talented musician friends. An absolute must if you're in San Miguel. ”
