The most incredible part of this oceanfront villa is the seamless flow of indoor and outdoor living that characterizes every space. Inside you’ll find the living room and kitchen, with the entire room surrounded by expansive glass windows and doors that allow bright sunlight to easily stream through. The décor is comprised of dark, exotic woods, along with vivid pops of color to finish off the tropical ambiance. The living room offers plush sofas and a massive television, and the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances to make mealtime as effortless as possible.

Out on the smooth, sandstone terrace, you’ll find a private infinity-edge swimming pool, boasting commanding views of the Bali Sea. The terrace is furnished with comfortable, teak sun beds, where you can soak up the tropical sun by day and gaze at the star-filled sky by night. At the pool’s edge, you’ll find a Balinese gazebo, outfitted with a raised, cushioned platform that rests under a broad, alang-alang thatch roof, offering a respite from the sun. From this shady retreat enjoy views of the gardens, the ocean, or watch the sun set behind the majestic Mountains of Java.

The villa offers two peaceful bedrooms, called Kamar Kelod and Kamar Kaja respectively. Kelod, meaning “room toward the sea,” benefits from sweeping vistas of the deep, turquoise blue waters of the ocean, seen through the sliding glass wall to the living room. Beautifully designed French doors open up to the thick, gorgeous nature of the east gardens, where you’ll find a restful hammock swinging in the breeze. This room offers an en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks and a deep, soaking tub.

The second bedroom, Kamar Kaja, translates to “room toward the mountain,” offering scenic views of the gigantic mountains in the distance. The double French doors open to the north water garden, featuring exotic water lilies and the soothing sounds of water falling from the fountain. This room also comes with an en-suite bathroom, featuring a raised sink with European fixtures, and a glass wall concealing a walk-in tiled shower. Both bedrooms feature lavish, king-sized beds outfitted with luxurious Egyptian cotton linens, and covered with romantic sheer drapes to invite a deep slumber. The last sleeping area is the guest suite, featuring two twin-sized beds in the need of extra space.

As a guest a Villa Akasa Segara, you’ll have access to a fully private staff that will take care of all your needs. The staff consists of a private security guard, gardener/pool-man, a driver, and a housekeeper who is also a wonderful cook. They’ll be at your beck and call six days a week for eight hours each day.
