Truly Amazing Experience

I don't even know where to begin when reviewing Sundara. It was probably the best vacation that we have ever taken. The house is so well laid out and perfectly designed, both inside and out. The pool, hot tub, outdoor sitting areas, etc, were all amazing. But what makes this place exceptional is the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The food was so amazing that we never left the house to eat. We chartered the boat that is right in the backyard for a fishing trip and sunset sail. Both were fantastic. The host is also so easy to communicate with. We hope we will have the opportunity to visit Sundara again in the future. ”

Our second week at Sundara, was beyond amazing. The chef was, SPECTACULAR! We never left the house to eat anywhere else, (we at least tried to!) The housemaids made me and my family feel right at home. The house manager/ staff were unbelievable. The bodyguard was so attentive and made us feel very safe. We had the most amazing week at Sundara. The owner was a true pleasure to work with and so accommodating. The house was FLAWLESS! And best of all was the staff! Jason, Erroll and Colin really spoiled us! I would highly recommend renting the owners boat on of your days. The captain, was a joy to be around and it was fun to see Jamaica from the beautiful water. This trip was one of our favorite Thirdhome weeks and we have been members since 2014. Great Property and Service

Our group of eight really enjoyed our stay at Sundara. The villa is absolutely gorgeous with four large bedrooms with en suite baths and a pretty atrium. The entire property is in pristine condition and perfectly maintained. There are numerous spacious areas -- all with ocean views -- for congregating as a group, with enjoyable indoor-outdoor living and dining the theme. The staff was gracious and accommodating, the meals absolutely delicious, and the overall experience very spoiling. The chocolate soufflé and coconut pie were so delicious that we asked the chefs to prepare them a second time and they were more than happy to fulfill our wishes. We all agreed that the homemade granola was the best we had ever tasted. The infinity edge pool is refreshing and the jacuzzi large enough to host a party. There are paddle boards and kayaks that can be launched directly in the bay in front of the villa. Travelers with children should be aware that this bay is not for swimming, and there is a nice beach just a short distance away. Shelagh (the owner) was delightful and offered suggestions of local attractions. Ants (the driver) is a real gentleman and took us on several excursions in his large and comfortable van. If you are looking for a 'Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous' experience, look no further. ”

Over The Top!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Sundara. I would have to say that, even though we have been on over a dozen great Third Home trips, this one was probably the tops. The villa is impeccably laid out and furnished. It has the nicest outdoor living area that we’ve ever seen. However, the real jewel of Sundara is the staff. Stunning Home and Marvelous Staff!

From the moment we arrived at Sundara, it was magical. After a long day's travel, we were greeted by staff. We felt so welcomed, but after getting a tour of the home, our jaws remained dropped for the rest of the stay. It is a very, very beautiful home, with amazing views, and everything you can imagine, including an outdoor shower off the upstairs master bath. The pictures on ThirdHome don't do it justice. Shelagh, the owner, was excellent at communicating and giving recommendations. After several meals prepared by the head chef, Marlon, and drinks by Errol, it made it next to impossible to even leave the house. We all felt so pampered and appreciate the care that was given by the staff. I would definitely visit Sundara again. It was a real treat.”

Amazing tropical escape

The Sundara is an amazing tropical oasis... It has all the comforts and amenities that you would expect from a hotel, but with the look and feel of a home. .. Shelagh's home is equipped with the kindest and most welcoming staff of 6 that you could ever ask for. Marlon and Kenroy prepared food for us daily while Errol made sure our glasses were never empty. Dalton arranged anything we needed during our stay, that includes booking a nice 55' yacht to go snorkeling, cruising, fishing, and watching the sunset.. twice.. The paddle boards and kayaks were waiting for us to paddle throughout the bay. This place is a must stay... we are definitely coming back!!”
